FOREVERAFTER WEDDING PLANNER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

REGISTRATION MEANS YOU ACCEPT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The websites www.foreverafterolympia0206.co.uk and www.foreverafter.co.uk ("the Websites") which operate and/or support the Foreverafter Wedding Planner and Budget Planner are owned and operated by Foreverafter Limited, (Foreverafter, we, us) a company registered in England with registration number 5192915, of The Garden Offices, Windward, Manchester Road, Sway SO41 6AP.

Your use of the Websites is subject to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept them you must stop using the Wedding Planner.

Your registration shall be taken as your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

REGISTER AND ENTER CASH PRIZE DRAWS OF UP TO £6,000

We will award up to 6 cash prizes of £1,000 each to up to 6 users who have registered to use the Wedding Planner. The first winner will be chosen at random from the first thousand registrations, as will each of the subsequent winners in relation to each of the following 5 groups of 1,000 registrations. Each registered user shall have one entry only.

PRIZES FOR HELPFUL FEEDBACK

We will also award prizes to registered users who give us helpful feedback about the design, scope, functionality or any other aspect of the Wedding Planner. Use the "Feedback" function (which is accessed using the "Feedback" tab at the right of the top toolbar) to send an email setting out the feedback to us.

The types and numbers of prizes available shall be at our discretion and currently include:

Champagne, "Pamper Days" at Champneys, Free hotel deals and Chocolates

Any decision to award a prize is at our discretion and shall be final. Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to additional conditions, for example, a minimum age requirement.

In accepting any prize the recipient consents to take part in reasonable activities we require in order to publicise the award of the prize, including the provision of personal photographs for use in publicity materials produced by or for us. We will not, however, require a recipient to provide their full name or a personal address.

In the event a recipient declines to accept a prize further awards shall be made until a recipient accepts the prize.

You must register and provide the personal information required for the registration process in order to be able to use the Wedding Planner.

In particular, we need to use your personal information:

so that you will be able to use the pages of the Wedding Planner which are relevant to the area in which you live and also the area in which you are intending to get married, if different. For example, if you live in London but are getting married in Hampshire the relevant pages will be for London and Hampshire so that we can enter you in cash and other prize draws, and let you know if you win to send you details of marketing and other information about our products and services or important changes to the Wedding Planner by Email or post

WHEN IS PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED TO OTHERS?

Personal information is provided to a limited number of our suppliers advertising on the Wedding Planner- those in the area(s) relevant to you only- to enable them to offer to provide services and to respond to your "send me a quote" requests.

Your personal information will not be provided to any third party other than suppliers who advertise in the area(s) relevant to you.

If you do not wish to receive any further contact from a supplier all you need to do is to tell them. If this is not effective please use the "Feedback" function accessed at the right hand tab on the top toolbar to give us details and we will contact the supplier.

DO WE SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We will inform our suppliers and you will no longer be registered to use the Wedding Planner.

You are must keep all user names and passwords used by you in connection with the Websites secure.

You must inform us immediately if you believe that your user name or password is no longer secure.

We reserve the right to deny you access to the Websites if we consider that security may be compromised. We also reserve the right to require you to amend your user name or password.

We grant permission for you to copy electronically or print those parts of the website www.foreverafter.co.uk which support the "Top Tips" pages of the Wedding Planner for your personal use only.

Personal use shall not include any form of transmission or distribution to any third party for personal gain, nor shall it include any reproduction, publication or the development of any derivative works whatsoever. For the avoidance of doubt, permitted personal use shall not include any form of commercial use.

Disclaimers

We make no representations of any kind in relation to the contents of the Websites or the contents or policies of other websites which may be accessed using links on the Websites, nor do we accept any liability whatsoever (save as imposed by law in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence or in relation to fraudulent misrepresentation).

Changes

We reserve the right to make any changes at any time to the Websites and to these terms and conditions at our discretion and without notice. Your use of the Websites is acceptance of such changes. You are responsible for checking for changes and must stop using the wedding Planner and the Websites if you do not accept any such changes.

Governing law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
